I am from Round Rock, Texas and did my undergraduate degree here at BYU in Chemical Engineering. I am married to Kristen Wilding, who is also a PhD candidate in Chemical Engineering at BYU. Before getting married during my undergraduate work, I took a 2-year recess from school to serve a mission for the LDS church in Chiclayo, Peru. As I was finishing my undergraduate degree during Summer 2014, I went to Peru again to implement PVC water pumps for the people of the Uros Islands on Lake Titicaca. I am now engaged in nuclear energy research with Dr. Memmott working toward by PhD.
The Optimization and Control of the Efficiency and Safety of Thermodynamic Cycles for Nuclear Power Plants
